You should have:

• 1-2 Years of experience (Portfolio School exp and internships from agencies count too)
• A quippy, fun tone to your work and a social first approach
• The ability to craft engaging short form copy, tantalizing taglines + headlines of staggering genius and a portfolio that shows this approach
• An East Coast/New York address or vibe + undeniable passion for what you do
