The New Deployment Junior Coordinator supports deployment and construction project teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met. This role involves data entry, tracking, documentation management, and hands-on coordination with vendors to support RAN and Microwave deployment activities. The coordinator performs quality control oversight, tracks inventory and project milestones, and ensures compliance with company and vendor requirements. Onsite position in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

Education and Experience:
Three + years' experience in telecommunications consisting of understanding tower installation of antenna, radios, dishes, and brackets, knowledge of shelter equipment including power systems, cable lacing, racks, Microwave radios, and basebands.
Must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, and have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment checks, including motor vehicle record, background, and substance screening.
