The role covers equity rollforwards, accruals, journal entries, tax compliance, and vendor negotiations. We offer stock options, a learning budget, and weekly one-on-one coaching to support your development.

Qualifications

• Bloomington grounding or willingness to relocate quickly.
• Adaptability to read and fit into new environments.
• Junior-level experience in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile equity rollforwards so cap table aligns with books.
• Work with the Bloomington controller on accruals, deferrals, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank and balance-sheet accounts to the cent.
• Price out vendor contracts and surface savings.
• File quarterly sales-and-use tax across IN jurisdictions.
• Resolve billing disputes and improve receivables collections.
