Qualifications

• 0–2 years of contracts administration, procurement, project coordination, finance, or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; additional 4+ years can substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of contracts throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulations (FAR, CFR, agency regs, OMB circulars).
• Create, maintain, update, and archive contract records and modifications in SharePoint.
• Enter and update contract information in Costpoint, OnePlan, and other CM systems (awards, mods, periods, funding, FAR/DFARS clauses).
• Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, Operations, and external customers to facilitate contract admin activities.
• Assist with contract financial administration (project setup, mods, funding updates, billing support, revenue-related tasks).
• Generate routine contract reports (deliverables tracking, backlog, billing registers, standard bills, biweekly status).
• Support NDA/TA/consultant agreements prep, tracking and modifications.
