Job summary

Platform Aerospace is seeking a Junior Contracts Specialist to support contract administration across the lifecycle. The role involves maintaining records, processing modifications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities include data entry in Costpoint and SharePoint, assisting with NDAs and Teaming Agreements, and supporting FAA registration activities. A DoD Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 0–2 years' experience in contracts administration or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint, OnePlan, or similar contract management systems preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support contracts throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulations (FAR, CFR, agency regs, OMB Circulars).
• Create, maintain, archive contract records and modifications in SharePoint.
• Enter/update contract data in Costpoint, OnePlan, and other systems, including awards, modifications, and clauses.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, Operations, and external customers to facilitate contract administration.
• Assist with contract financial administration including setup, modifications, funding updates, and billing support.
• Generate routine contract reports: deliverables tracking, backlog, billing registers, and status reports.
• Support contract review workflows by routing documents and following up with stakeholders.
• Assist with NDAs, Teaming Agreements and related modifications; maintain records.
• Support FAA registration activities and maintain aircraft records.
