Job description

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (< 50% remote)

• Point of contact for contract-related topics within the procurement organization
• Contract management reporting for all procurement contracts via SAP ARIBA
• Establish strong cross-functional connections and interfaces between procurement, production, legal, finance/tax, and logistics for inputs to contractual agreements
• Implement new systems and methods, and optimize existing ones
• Support category managers in the internal approval process for contracts under negotiation
• Maintain daily alignment with category and contract managers
• Interface between procurement and insurance teams for activities related to claims or insurance requirements for a contract
• Support risk assessment of current contract conditions
• Explain contract terminology clearly to internal stakeholders in simple, everyday language
• Administer and guide the implementation of contracts during the execution phase
• Review, support, and liaise for claim management activities
• Manage and ensure internal contract compliance via the category manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, or
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or civil) with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract management
