Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed college degree in supply chain management or related field, or 2+ years experience.
• Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and project support preferred.
• Strong documentation and data tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment and procurement package reviews for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Track and document product issues from multiple stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Prepare scope of work documents, matrices, and bid responses for vendors.
• Support submittal reviews and shop drawings against contract specs.
• Visit project sites and manufacturers to observe quality, tests, and product development.
• Maintain master procurement data, pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Support change orders analysis, vendor prequalification, and closeout records.
