Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and finalize detailed construction project schedules using Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject.
• Collaborate with clients to align on scheduling and deliverables.
• Create schedules from construction plans and client information.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and identify risks.
• Conduct delay analysis of schedules, documents, and costs.
• Prepare comprehensive impact reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain job files, documentation, and deliverables.
• Additional duties as assigned.
