Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting commercial construction projects across the region. You will work alongside experienced construction leaders on ground-up and renovation initiatives, with portfolios including K-12 facilities, municipal buildings, and public infrastructure.

You will gain exposure to all project phases, support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control, and contribute to meeting

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track project costs and assist with financial reporting
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting documentation
• Support procurement activities and subcontractor coordination
• Assist with project closeout activities and punch list management
• Promote and uphold safety and quality standards on every project
