Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 0–4 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to manage projects to time and budget and interact with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze projects to determine scope and schedule; coordinate with Purchasing and Installation.
• Attend updates with Purchasing; manage vendor contracts, bonds, and insurance certificates.
• Expedite, review, and provide quality control on shop drawings and submittals.
• Prepare, update, and track billings and cost-to-complete reports weekly.
• Coordinate with Logistics for long-haul deliveries and installation sequencing.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Develop and mentor Project Engineers; manage project risks and performance.
