Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA in Kenner, LA is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing Technician to perform field tests on soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring. Training will be provided, and certification paths will be supported.

You will work with our materials team to ensure projects meet specifications, prepare timely reports, and maintain safety protocols on site. No prior experience required beyond 1 year in construction; strong work ethic and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction or construction materials testing.
• Willingness to train and pursue certifications.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform field tests such as concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight).
• Conduct soil compaction testing and soil classification tests.
• Perform asphalt density testing and pile monitoring; document capacity and blow counts.
• Produce timely, detailed reports and communicate with dispatch and clients.
