Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an Engineering intern to gain hands-on experience across project management, field operations, and project development. You will engage with budgeting, estimating, purchasing, and scheduling on active construction projects, building skills from mentorship and formal training.

The role emphasizes learning, leadership development, and exposure to Clark's diverse, high-profile projects in a hands-on environment at active job sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Interest and passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: understand day-to-day and long-term project finances, review gross billings, track changes and subcontractor requisitions.
• Field Management: learn site logistics, ensure quality and safety, assist with schedule and coordination.
• Project Development: assist budgeting, estimating, and purchasing to win new work and manage client relationships.
