You will learn budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and procurement, while developing leadership and business acumen in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or a master's degree, with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Interest and passion for the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Project Management: understand day-to-day and long-term business and financial management on construction projects.
• Financial Management - review gross billings, track change orders, and subcontractor requisitions
• Document Control - manage submittals, RFIs, and material tracking
• Trade Partner Success - advise subcontractors for successful field installations
• Field Management - learn site logistics, ensure quality and safety on jobsites
• Quality Control and Safety - monitor trades for quality and safety
• Project Schedule - assist with schedule management and site logistics
• Project Development: budgeting, estimating, purchasing
• Purchasing - negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage relationships with subcontractors
• Business Operations - understand Clark's operations and culture
• Drive Stakeholder Success, Foster Growth, Recruit Next Generation of Talent
