Vantage Point Solutions is seeking an entry-level Construction Design Technician in Sioux Falls, SD to support the design team in creating accurate construction design documents. You will work under the Construction Design Team Lead, helping with drafting, redlines, and project documentation while gaining exposure to permitting and OSP design processes.

This role offers foundational skills development and opportunities to grow within the department through hands-on training and collaboration

Qualifications

• Entry-level role supporting design team in drafting construction design documents.
• Ability to interpret redlines and apply corrections to drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update construction design drawings under direction of the team lead.
• Apply redlines and corrections from field staff and supervisors.
• Assist with basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and standards.
• Upload and maintain project files in all required platforms and systems.
• Support project documentation and trackers as assigned.
• Clarify design updates with team members as needed.
• Participate in training to learn OSP design processes and tools.
