This entry-level role provides foundational exposure to the OSP design process, where you will support the design team by drafting construction documents, applying redline corrections, and conducting quality checks. Responsibilities

• Draft and update construction design drawings under direction of the Construction Design Team Lead.
• Apply redlines and corrections from OSP field staff.
• Assist with basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and standards are met.
• Upload and maintain project files in all required platforms.
• Support project documentation and utilize trackers as assigned.
• Communicate with team members for clarifications on design updates.
• Participate in training and develop knowledge of OSP design processes and tools.
