Moonstone Compliance (Pty) Ltd offers a practical internship for a Compliance Officer under Supervision. You will receive on-the-job training and mentorship in outsourced compliance and risk management for financial services clients.

The role supports the supervisor in legislative risk identification, monitoring, and reporting, with the potential to render services to accountable institutions independently after gaining experience.

Qualificações

• LLB or 4-year Law or Commerce degree recognized by FSCA for Compliance Officers
• Regulatory examinations 1/3/5 advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Identify legislative risks and improve compliance awareness.
• Devise strategies to manage broader regulatory risk environment.
• Monitor compliance with applicable legislation, industry developments and internal procedures.
• Guide clients on non-compliance with legislation and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance documents, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare applicable reports.
• Maintain records and perform administrative functions.
• Stay current on applicable legislation and industry developments.
• Consult with clients and industry role players.
• Respond to client queries timeously.
• Assist in sourcing and maintaining a panel of prescribed clients.
