and Latin America while collaborating with seasoned teams. Ideal candidates have a business/legal background, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, with a willingness to learn compliance systems and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law or related field.
• Interest in corporate compliance, ethics, risk, investigations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; willingness to learn compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Team Lead for Upstream – Americas and US/LatAm activities.
• Research, analyze information, and prepare clear work products for compliance needs.
• Assist with risk assessments, letters, training, monitoring, and remediation.
• Identify compliance risks and help develop practical, risk-based solutions.
• Coordinate with business, Law, and Compliance teams to track actions.
• Support reviews of conflicts of interest, government transactions, and third-party due diligence.
• Develop and deliver compliance communications, trainings, and reports.
• Promote awareness and a strong culture of compliance; use AI tools responsibly.
