Savills is seeking an enthusiastic & growth-minded Business Development Specialist to work closely with our team of experienced senior brokers. This is a key role in our company, leading top of the funnel sales activities for the firm. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will thrive in a "high risk, high reward" type of environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies new business opportunities through extensive research, persistent cold outreach, and telephone and email prospecting.
  • Cultivates new business opportunities for sales professionals through cold calling and networking.
  • Utilizes professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Provides leads, schedules meetings, and stays in frequent contact with potential clients.
  • Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to initiate contact with and pursue C-level executives.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent professional writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of business development/outbound sales experience.
  • Experience with high-volume strategic outbound prospecting.
