Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a Junior Collections Manager to support intelligence requirements translation, validation, and prioritization in a government facility on-site in Virginia. The role involves coordinating with analysts, collection managers, and partners to ensure alignment with capabilities and timelines.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn customer processes while handling classified

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with 2 years, or No degree with 4 years.
• Foundational understanding of intelligence requirements, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to use productivity/tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) to document requirements and maintain status updates.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with adjudicated polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational objectives and stakeholder questions into clearly documented intelligence requirements.
• Support validation and prioritization of intelligence needs with mission stakeholders.
• Coordinate with collection managers and analysts to align requirements with capabilities and timelines.
• Maintain and update trackers and databases with accuracy of status, sourcing, and coordination.
• Draft routine reports, briefings, and meeting notes summarizing priorities, gaps, and next steps.
