Job summary

Parsons is seeking a CNO Software Developer to contribute to cyber network operations tools for national security missions. You will code in C, with Python for server components, and collaborate with senior engineers to deliver dependable capabilities.

The position requires an active Top Secret clearance, a CS-related degree, and 2+ years of embedded or cyber tool development experience. Travel up to 10% and a competitive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2+ years cyber capability tool or embedded development exp; Master’s may substitute.
• 0-2+ years C/C++ experience.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S).
• Experience in Windows or Linux environments.
• Version control with Git.

Responsibilities

• Contribute code to CNO tool components in C under guidance.
• Write code in C, with Python for server-side components.
• Follow procedures and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot defects using debugging tools.
• Operationalize CVEs into deployable capabilities under supervision.
• Collaborate on vulnerability research integration.
• Contribute to test procedures and documentation for CNO deliverables.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.
