Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 7+ years SE experience (12+ years may substitute).
• Experience with cloud technologies and testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements elicitation, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer and cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based systems; focus on functional testing and UAT.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle ensuring alignment with business needs and standards.
• Develop test plans for installation, integration, and acceptance in cloud environments (AWS).
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide systems engineering insights for iterative improvements.
• Communicate a shared architectural vision across engineering, development, and stakeholders.
