Job summary
Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our CMS support team, helping design, modernize, secure, and sustain enterprise applications.
You'll work with cloud, DevSecOps, and software engineering experts to automate processes, evolve legacy systems, and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency and user experience for government-wide operations.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT with 3 years software development/engineering; 4 more years allowed in lieu of degree.
- 2 years of cloud technology experience.
- Experience managing and optimizing DevOps practices.
- Deep understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD, and efficiency improves.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and automation.
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, modernize, secure, and sustain enterprise applications.
- Lead DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within projects.
- Collaborate with software engineers, security, and operations teams.
