Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Junior Solutions Architect to support the design, development, and delivery of federal IT and cloud solutions. You will collaborate with lead architects, system engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate mission requirements into secure, scalable architectures that meet RMF, FedRAMP, and DoD guidelines.

This role emphasizes cloud-native patterns, CI/CD, and DevSecOps, with opportunities to contribute across government programs, data pipelines, and AI/ML

Formación

• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship required by federal contract requirements.
• 4+ years of professional technical experience in software engineering, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, or deploying solutions within cloud computing environments (AWS preferred).
• Working knowledge of microservices architectures, full-stack design patterns, and API integration standards (REST, GraphQL).
• Practical experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with automated CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and integrated security scanning practices.
• Demonstrated ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the design and modeling of end-to-end architectures, system integration diagrams, and technical specifications for federal IT programs.
• Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to decompose functional, operational, and mission requirements into structured solution designs and technical user stories.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, interface control documents, and architectural blueprints for government review.
• Support the integration of multi-tier software applications, cloud hosting infrastructure, data engineering pipelines, and AI/ML workflows.
• Partner with software development, infrastructure, and test teams to provide architectural guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Incorporate federal security baselines into architectural designs, supporting RMF, FedRAMP, and DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide.
• Apply cloud-native design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies to support continuous delivery.
