Job summary

The Staff Pad in Dallas, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Implementation Analyst to join a high-growth cloud consulting team on-site. As an analyst, you will map business processes, analyze client systems, and design interface solutions for legacy to new platforms.

You’ll work closely with developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility, provide proposals, and help manage project feasibility and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science is required
• Experience working with large datasets and numerical analysis
• Experience with business process mapping

Responsibilities

• Liaise extensively with external and internal clients
• Analyze clients’ existing systems and business models
• Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
• Identify potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability
• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare proposals for modified or replacement systems
• Develop solutions and related product configurations
• Prepare project feasibility and costing reports
• Present proposals to clients
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Ensure project budgets are maintained and deadlines are met
• Develop, oversee, and document testing schedules for complete systems
• Oversee data migration during the implementation of new systems
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of employee data
• Audit data and system modules as needed
• Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines
• Support users with change control and system updates
• Stay current with technical and industry developments
