Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Junior Cloud Administrator to support our IT team in the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure. You will own hands-on infrastructure, including VMs, identity, networking, and automation, while contributing to helpdesk and endpoint management.

The role offers a growth path toward independent ownership of core cloud platforms, with guidance from senior team members. Houston, TX-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 1–2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration with cloud exposure.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Azure infrastructure including VMs, storage, and App Services.
• Manage Entra ID, MFA, CA, SSO, and user lifecycle.
• Support Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, VPNs, DNS).
• Manage domains, DNS, SSL/TLS, and certificates.
• Assist automation with PowerShell, Bash, and Azure CLI.
• Administer SharePoint and Google Workspace permissions and migrations.
• Manage Intune and Windows Autopilot deployments and device compliance.
• Support cloud printing (Universal Print) and related tooling.
• Provide Tier 1/2 IT support and incident escalation as needed.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and runbooks.
