Job summary

RainFocus seeks a Client Success Manager focused on B2A documentation and audits, building a foundation in client success and account operations.

In this role you will manage B2A creation, conduct accuracy audits, track compliance, and organize assets. You will audit recurring CS administrative tasks, recommend process improvements, maintain scorecards, and support Salesforce reports and risk analyses.

Qualifications
