• Conducts a risk assessment and implements safety precautions.
• Responds to emergencies and protects participants.
• Promotes the district’s professional image and maintains communications with stakeholders.
• Plans and directs program activities and keeps administration informed.
• Grooms participants for competitions and community involvement.
