Job summary

RNGD in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Junior Civil and Structural Engineer to support design, infrastructure planning, documentation, and field coordination for commercial and industrial construction. You will assist with calculations, plan preparation, redlines, site evaluations, and collaboration with senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 2–5 years civil/structural experience preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of structural analysis concepts and foundations preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist civil and structural design for commercial and industrial projects.
• Support calculations, analysis, plan preparation, and redlines.
• Conduct field evaluations and coordinate with the project team.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain organized files.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and field teams.
