Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®) seeks an energetic entry-level Attorney to join our Wichita, KS team. Licensing is not required on application but must be obtained within 6 months; paid bar study leave is offered for those not yet licensed.

ARSI® provides broad experience in civil litigation, from pre-suit assessments to post-judgment actions across multiple jurisdictions. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• Kansas law license or the ability to obtain one (reciprocity/UBE) within six months of hire.
• No prior civil litigation experience required, interest to learn is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Represent creditors in civil collection actions, including pleadings and in-court appearances.
• Use ARSI processes to manage cases and update clients on status.
• Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and internal teams.
• Assist with in-house matters including corporate legal tasks and opinions.
