Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®) is seeking an energetic and organized entry-level Attorney to join our civil litigation team in Kansas. While licensing is not required upon application or hire, it must be obtained within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required or pursuing
• Kansas law license (including reciprocity or UBE score) required within six months of hire
• No experience required, but interest or experience in civil litigation is beneficial

Responsabilités

• Represent creditors in civil actions, including pleadings and in-court appearances
• Coordinate handling of cases and update clients and ARSI and internal teams
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters with emphasis on early resolution
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on case handling
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams
