Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of civil engineering design experience preferred (land development or municipal).
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil engineering designs and drawings for sites, grading, drainage, utilities, and roads.
• Navigate the permitting process, preparing applications for local, state, and federal agencies.
• Prepare engineering calculations, feasibility studies, and technical reports that inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Support stormwater management and drainage design (prior software experience a plus).
• Conduct site visits and field inspections to observe designs in action and troubleshoot on-site issues.
