The role involves supporting land development and public infrastructure projects from concept through construction, with design, calculations, and reporting duties. Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of experience, familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and an interest in stormwater modeling.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field from ABET-accredited university.
• EIT certification in California is highly desirable.
• 0–3 years of civil engineering experience in land development or public infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to stormwater modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XP-Storm, or WaterCAD is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans, calculations, and technical reports.
• Design grading, drainage, water, and sewer systems.
• Model stormwater and support entitlement and permitting processes.
• Draft and produce plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and consultants.
