Job summary

Massman Construction Co. is seeking a Field/Office Engineer to assist supervision, daily planning, and temporary-structure design on bridge and heavy civil/marine projects across the United States.

You will review drawings, support work planning, resolve technical issues, and help ensure timely, accurate project documentation and on-site performance. Travel may include New Orleans, Kansas City, St. Louis and-mobile assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Interested in working for a leading self-performing heavy civil and marine contractor.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in supervision, daily planning, and design of temporary structures.
• Review contract drawings, specifications, and coordinate RFIs and revisions.
• Ensure on-site work aligns with plans and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate weekly quantities, time cards, and cost coding with project team.
• Support surveying, inspections, and documentation for project progress.
