Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for municipal projects.
• Provide construction management, inspection, field measurement, and quantity take‑off.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, surveyors, and other teams.
• Conduct site visits and support construction with field questions and reviews.
• Ensure designs meet codes, environmental requirements, and safety standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office for technical work.
