You will review designs, analyze project information, and prepare plans, specs, reports, and schedules to keep projects on track. You will coordinate with departments, inspect sites as needed, assist with budgets, and contribute to computer simulations and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent work experience with a bachelor’s in engineering preferred.
• Some applied engineering experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to apply engineering principles and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supports municipal water, wastewater, storm drainage, and floodplain engineering projects under direction of experienced engineers.
• Review designs, analyze project information, and prepare plans, specifications, reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate with departments and agencies; may inspect construction sites and assist with budgets and simulations.
