Job summary

Integrity Federal Services (IFS) is hiring a Junior Civil Engineer in Beachwood, OH, to start your civil engineering career on land development projects. Recent graduates or those with up to two years of experience will contribute to site design and documentation under guidance from senior engineers.

You’ll use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to layout sites, manage stormwater and utilities, participate in field visits, and help with schedules and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0 - 2 years of professional experience in civil site design or land development
• Proficient in AutoCAD (experience with Civil 3D strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• EIT or FE certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with site evaluations, schematic designs, and design documentation for a range of land development projects.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to perform design tasks related to site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, and utilities.
• Work closely with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members on both private-sector and federal projects.
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and contribute to proposal preparation.
• Attend site visits for field evaluations and assist with project coordination.
• Support designs related to roadways, utilities, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management.

What You’ll Do
