Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in design and drafting software.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required.
• Experience with grading and drainage plans.

Responsibilities

• Application of Civil Engineering concepts to conceptual design.
• Works independently on a variety of projects from simple to complex.
• Utilizes design software under supervision of Licensed Professional.
• Produces well-organized construction documents adhering to standards.
• Coordinates work with other disciplines to avoid deficiencies and omissions.
• Develops awareness of resources to complete tasks with limited information.
• Maintains timely memos and project communications.
• Partners with interns, designers, and technicians on project tasks.
• Meets civil design schedules to align with deliverables.
• Identifies potential design change opportunities.
