Qualifications

• 0-3 years in network engineering, IT infra, or hands-on hardware role.
• Comfort with physical hardware handling in a professional environment.
• Basic networking fundamentals: VLANs, switching, IP addressing, management protocols.
• Ability to read and follow runbooks and checklists independently.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical multi-step execution.
• Valid driver's license and DMV travel willingness; US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Hardware staging, pre-configuration, and lab validation of gear.
• On-site delivery, equipment installation, and rack/mount work.
• Support cutover activities and post-deployment health checks.
• Maintain asset records, firmware versions, and configuration status.
• Coordinate travel to client sites across the DMV region.
