Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Junior CEMA Software Engineer in Lawton, OK to join our local development team to create unique solutions for complex problems in engineering, spectrum warfare, and defense domains. You will design, build, deploy, and maintain mission-critical software that supports customer objectives, with a focus on collaboration and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science (or related technical degree).
• Willing to travel approximately 10% per year to testing locations (CONUS).
• Experience with Agile software development, CI/CD toolchains, and DevOps (Atlassian suite, git, Jenkins, Artifactory).
• Proficient in Python (OOP) or C++.
• Experience in Scrum and Agile collaboration.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Lawton, OK and be a US citizen with eligibility for Final Top-Secret clearance.
• Interest in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Develop simulations to emulate threat-representative CEMA effects and environments.
• Support a team of software engineers in developing cyber tools for radar, C2, and defense systems.
• Research current and future cybersecurity threats against military systems.
