• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation Spring 2027.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization and ability to start full-time in Fort Lauderdale, FL on July 12, 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a foundation in retail/financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze category performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate data into recommendations to improve sales, profitability, assortment, inventory and customer experience.
• Support category strategy, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Coordinate new item launches, vendor onboarding, product setup, pricing, promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Build vendor relationships and support discussions on costs, pricing, promotions, inventory and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute priorities and mitigate inventory risks.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating performance insights and actions.
