Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a motivated Carpenter 1 to perform general carpentry and concrete tasks across diverse construction projects, including new builds and renovations. You will work with concrete tools, formwork, framing basics, and safety compliance on each site.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 0-2 years in the trade, and the willingness to work non-traditional hours, with physical ability for lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing heights as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or vocational training preferred.
• 0-2 years in carpentry/construction preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry and concrete tasks on construction projects.
• Set forms for concrete foundations and other structures.
• Install safety railings, doors, frames and hardware, and maintain PPE compliance.
