Job summary

JE Dunn Carpenter 1 in Atlanta is hiring to perform general carpentry and concrete tasks across diverse projects. You will set forms, place and finish concrete, and ensure safety while coordinating with a team to meet project goals.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or trade training, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are willing to work non-traditional hours. Ownership of basic hand tools and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Apprentice or vocational/technical training preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete tools and carpentry hand tools.
• Set forms for concrete foundations, SOG, and bulkheads.
• Place concrete with bucket, chute, pump and placement procedures.
• Finish concrete with floats and trowels on columns, walls, and foundations.
• Maintain and clean forming tools; ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in installing doors, frames and hardware; PPE adherence.
