Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–8 years' experience in preparing engineering drawings for moderate projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare engineering drawings from concepts using established drafting standards.
• Assist engineers in design and drafting tasks.
• Assist engineers in take-offs, estimates, schedules, reports, and technical research.
• Operate CAD and drafting workstations.
• Occasionally conduct field surveys to create drawings of existing conditions.
• Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Interface with senior staff to complete projects.
