Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to support the NIWC Pacific C2P Modernization project in San Diego. You will contribute to features focusing on system diagnostics, S-TADIL-J/JREAP A, Link 16 FIM/FOM, UI, and defect corrections, working with Agile teams.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration with senior developers, and staying updated with new technologies in a dynamic defense environment. Clearance is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• BS STEM degree preferred or relevant software development certification in lieu of BS STEM degree.
• Experience with C++ and software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum) is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and contribute to development efforts.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Debug and fix minor software issues; learn new technologies as needed.
• Contribute to maintenance and improvement of existing systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.
