Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software eng, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C++ programming and object‑oriented design.
• Experience using SVN and Jira.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document software applications under guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Develop software that meets customer requirements and technical specs.
• Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver reliable software products.
• Contribute to feature development, proofs‑of‑concept, and customer demos.
• Troubleshoot defects and help implement corrective actions.
• Use source control, build automation, and issue tracking tools.
• Apply AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality and development processes.
• Develop technical expertise and share knowledge with the team.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support cross‑functional teams such as QA, Systems Engineering, and Product Management.
