Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Laconia, NH is hiring a Junior Buyer/OSP Coordinator to support OSP and manufacturing purchasing. You will interface with suppliers, Sales and Manufacturing to ensure timely PO issuance and accurate pricing, while expanding supplier base and improving processes.

Responsibilities include managing POs, supplier communications, and inter-co ordering, with cross training to back up the Purchasing Supervisor as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Microsoft Office, Excel and email proficiency.
• Ability to gather, process and analyze data in spreadsheets.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing purchasing environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee OSP workflow using WO’s, Oracle and Thru-put reports to issue timely POs.
• Manage supplier confirmations, pricing, quantities and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate Inter-co ordering with sister facilities to meet production needs.
• Assist in other purchasing requirements and support the Purchasing Supervisor as needed.
