Qualifications

• Associated degree or comparable work experience.
• Good communication skills with the ability to guide and direct customers or suppliers; both in writing and orally.
• Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders through procurement process and kanban systems.
• Expedites deliveries and follow up procedures.
• Develops, maintains database of specifications, suppliers, products and services.
• Organizes and controls materials to ensure minimum amounts are maintained to obtain most cost efficient method of storage.
• Negotiates and verifies pricing and quotes based on total cost.
• Manages suppliers to ensure on-time-delivery, receipt of quality products, and competitive pricing.
