Forever New in Richmond, VA is seeking a Junior Buyer to partner with Buying, Design, Planning and Production to deliver commercially successful collections for the Middle East. Working with an experienced Buying Manager, you will own key categories, shape range strategy and use customer insights to drive decisions that deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop commercially successful product ranges with Design, Planning and Production teams.
• Analyse sales performance, customer trends and market insights to identify opportunities.
• Contribute to category strategy and drive key commercial trading decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships, cost negotiations and margins.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time quality.
• Participate in design fits and collaborate on customer-focused collections.
• Work cross-functionally to influence outcomes with multiple departments.
• Take ownership in a fast-paced environment and show initiative.
• Shape future product categories and customer experiences in a growth area.

YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

As our Junior Buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in one of Forever New's exciting growth areas, partnering closely with Buying, Design, Planning and Production to bring commercially successful collections to life across the Middle East. Working alongside an experienced Buying Manager, you'll take ownership of key categories, contribute to range strategy, and use customer insights and trade performance to drive product decisions that deliver results.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded buyer to gain exposure across multiple categories, work with elevated product and premium fabrics, and help shape the future direction of a growing area of the business. • Previous experience as a Junior Buyer, or a high-performing Assistant Buyer ready for the next step.
• Strong understanding of the apparel buying cycle and critical path management.
• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret sales data and identify actionable insights.
