FOREVER US is seeking a Junior Buyer to drive one of our largest apparel categories, partnering with Buying, Design, Planning and Production to deliver commercially successful collections that resonate with customers.

You will work with an experienced Buying Manager to shape seasonal ranges, balance trend and trade performance, and influence lifecycle from concept to launch in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Buyer or strong Assistant Buyer ready for the next step.
• Strong understanding of the apparel buying cycle and critical path management.
• Ability to interpret sales data and identify actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communicator with suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving capability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Passion for fashion, customer trends and delivering commercially successful product ranges.

Responsibilities

• Build commercially successful product ranges in collaboration with Design, Planning and Production.
• Analyse sales performance and market insights to identify opportunities and influence buying decisions.
• Support category strategy and contribute to trading decisions driving sales and growth.
• Manage supplier relationships, cost negotiations and margin outcomes.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Participate in fit sessions with Design to create customer-focused collections.
• Work cross-functionally to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
• Take ownership in a fast-paced environment where initiative and pace matter.
• Contribute to high-growth areas and shape future product categories and customer experiences.

As our Junior Buyer, you'll play a key role in driving one of our largest and most dynamic apparel categories, partnering closely with Buying, Design, Planning and Production to deliver commercially successful collections that resonate with our customer. Working alongside an experienced Buying Manager, you'll help shape seasonal ranges across jersey tops, balancing trend, customer insights and trade performance to build compelling product assortments that deliver results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded buyer to deepen their expertise within a high-volume, fast-paced category, gaining exposure to product development, fabric innovation, pricing strategy and range planning. You'll have the opportunity to influence the product lifecycle from concept through to launch, take ownership of key areas of the range, and play a meaningful role in driving both category growth and customer engagement.
