Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical equivalent required.
• 2 years clerical experience required.
• 2+ years’ experience with ERP, inventory, ordering and tracking systems.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and BOMs.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and requisitions within purchasing authority.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and condition.
• Maintain current vendor information and track purchases.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and other departments.
• Plan orders and delivery schedules to meet production needs (JIT).
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure quality.
